Pristine Condition
Fully functional, tested, and reset to factory settings. In pristine cosmetic condition with minimal signs of use, this may include very light scratching or other signs of use; not visible when the screen is lit - 85% battery health or above.  

Very Good Condition
Fully functional, tested, and reset to factory settings. In very good cosmetic condition with slight wear, this may include light scratching or other signs of use; not noticeable when the screen is lit - 80% battery health or above.

Good Condition
Fully functional, tested, and reset to factory settings. In good cosmetic condition with noticeable wear, this may include moderate levels of scratching or other signs of use - 80% battery health or above.

Average Condition
Fully functional, tested, and reset to factory settings. In fair cosmetic condition with heavy wear, this may include substantial levels of scratching or other signs of use- 70% battery health or above. 

Samsung Region Lock

Samsung implements a 'region lock' on all new smartphones. This restricts use of SIM cards to the original region their phones are intended to be sold in.

Clove Technology sells Samsung phones intended for the “European” region, which covers the UK, mainland Europe and some other select territories. The full list is below.

If you are ordering for delivery to a destination outside of this list, we will need to activate the phone prior to shipping, so that you can use a local SIM card.

To activate the phone, we must turn it on, complete set-up with a European SIM installed, then make at least 5 minutes of continuous voice call with this SIM.

Without activation, you can only use the device outside of the listed countries if 'roaming' with a SIM card from the intended sales region.

If this activation procedure is not followed then the device will lock if you attempt to use a SIM card from outside of these regions.

IF YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY COUNTY IS NOT LISTED, CLOVE TECHNOLOGY WILL BREAK THE SEAL ON THIS DEVICE AND ACTIVATE IT. YOU MUST AGREE TO THIS PROCEDURE IN THE CHECKOUT BEFORE THE SALE WILL COMPLETE.
