I bought this router as an upgrade on my caravan wi-fi setup and what a difference it makes. The original Huawei 4g router was not very good even when connected to the external antenna. The ZTE 5G router has better attentuation straight outvog the box and gave a stronger internet connection stand alone compared to the Huawei. As soon as I connected it to the external antenna the signal strengh increased 3 tines as much going from 40mb download to 120mb download. I would definitely recommend this router.

Aim was to order 5G mmW (band n258) devices but after receiving those we noticed that mmW bands were not supported.

This works perfectly for my use-case.
I live-stream in the field and need a strong, solid signal. This device delivers great speeds and has Ethernet connectivity for a stable connection to my encoder. Highly recommended!

I live at the area where 5G is said covered by Vodafone but test via Speed Test the 5G only comes with less than 50MB but 4G is roughly tribble times than 5G. The ZTE 5G web GUI enables me select 4G signal rather than 5G. I can enjoy the full speed from Vodafone 4G. Normally download can reach 120MB most time and upload speed keeps up to 55MB which is even better than Virgin Media fibre service (500M package). It saves me money to negotiate with like VM every year and time. I would recommend anyone to consider this device. Additionally, I own the Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 as well and ZTE 5G MU5001 is the better one!
