I opted for this phone, the most affordable option I could find, after investing £2K in a Samsung foldable phone that lasted only two years – the second time I experienced such disappointment, as two years prior, I spent another £2K on another Samsung foldable phone, which also lasted merely two years. Fed up with pricey devices, I decided to go for the most budget-friendly smartphone available.
Yet, I may have gone too far. Certain features, like the ability to unlock my phone using both facial recognition and fingerprint scanning, which the C05 lacks, are indispensable to me. While it does offer facial recognition, its functionality leaves much to be desired, and there's no fingerprint recognition available.
Additionally, some apps tend to crash on the C05, despite functioning smoothly on other occasions. Moreover, the GPS seems to be a bit inaccurate, leading to several instances where I got lost while following directions on Google Maps.
For those seeking affordability, this phone presents a viable option, albeit with some sacrifices in terms of features and performance.
Haven't fully set them up yet but they look nice and robust for being on-call phones!
