    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS VERY BAD SCREEN

    This ViewSonic VX2418C curved monitor does not deserve even one star. It is the worst and most expensive monitor I ever bought but at least this ViewSonic monitor has the most disgusting image quality. These monitors worth absolutely nothing.
    FAKE ADVERTISING. I have gone through all the setting, every possible option and combination. I spent hours, wasted a lot of time for nothing. At least after a few hours of constant adjustment the joystick at the back became squeaky. Extremely poor quality.
    I repeat again, I have gone through all the settings and possible combinations.
    1ms response time is always BLURRED. There is no option to choose 1ms at all. There is another option says RESPONSE TIME. However, that is rubbish too, some mystery funny title given such as STANDARD, ADVANCED , ULTRA FAST. WHat the heck is this. Clearly state the numbers of the response time, this fake gimmick is not needed.
    I compared this screen to an old ASUS 60Hz IPS screen and an old laptop TN screen. I thought that those old screens are disgusting. I was wrong. This ViewSonic VX2418C is much more disgusting. Sharpness , contrast, colours are not better than a several years old IPS screen. VA should have better contrast than IPS. However my eyes cannot see this ViewSonic VA screen any better than an old and cheap IPS screen.
    And finally the screen tearing is absolutely disgusting of this ViewSonic VX2418C screen. I connected both to the same laptop and both had the same image at the same time. Played the same videos, tried the same tests. The old ASUS screen with IPS panel was extremely good and enjoyable. This ViewSonic VX2418C showed extreme screen tearing at 60Hz. I have tried evreything in the setting. I could find no option to override anything or make it better. Even a TED video on YouTube looked extremely disgusting because of screen tearing. What could be a fast pace movie or a first person shooter video game.

    If you read this review and understand all above please do a favour for yourself. Forget this ViewSonic VX2418C monitor, do not waste your time and money. Do not even give it a chance. You will regret.
    I might record a video and upload to YouTube to explain all the useless features and fake marketing of this ViewSonic monitor.
